Its a New Week.. Happy Monday!

Its a new week and we are back to being productive. Start fresh and remind yourself that because you have been able to get through a week before you can do it yet again and do it even better this time.


Kick yourself into gear by reminding yourself where you stand and how far you have come. Some of you may look at yourself and be reminded that you haven't done so much and that your progress is only slightly visible. Right when you get to that point in thinking, step back, take a deep breath and remind yourself of your worth.


You are strong. You are beautiful. You can do anything you put your mind too.


Be overpowering this week and put your best two feet forward. Always remind yourself that at least a half hour of physical activity a day can help you become better at what you are dreaming of becoming. Increase your workout this week. Eat healthy and stay hydrated.


Do what's best for you and never forget how much people look up to you because of all that you can do. Surround yourself with positivity and never let that go. Be before those who see your worth and beauty.
