Another one of my famous creations.. made in my kitchen! There is no need to eat out.. do it yourself.. its healthier anyway!


Ingredients Used:


Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)

Seasoned Grilled Chicken w/ Red Peppers

Diced Tomatoes

Fresh Avocado

Mild Cheddar Cheese

Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing


Feel free to try out this creation and see if its one you can add as a favorite to one of your meals! Remember too, to always fuel yourself with as much water as possible during the day, it boosts your metabolism and fills you during the day.
